The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand their interactions with the Scrum Team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization
- Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner
- Assessing the agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Removing impediments (people, process or tools) that hinders agility within the team
- Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation
- Assisting with internal and external communication, and improving transparency leveraging visual dashboarding to keep information up to date
- Manage stakeholders outside the team as required

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualification:

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/BCA

**Experience**:

10

Specific Skills:

Scrum Master certifications (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC) Development/Automation QA Background Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value
