**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Coordinator. The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing Customer Care support to internal employees, troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, and effectively communicating solutions to end-users. The Customer Care Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing issues, identifying trends, and creating documentation to improve processes and procedures.
- Quick response to Customer queries
- Maintaining Service reports Data.
- Coordination with Team and days work alignment part
- Timely update of AMC / PM report.
- Coordinate & connect with internal & external team
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
