**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Maintain and manage client request and bug tracking systems

2. Conduct online training sessions for clients on software operations

3. Perform bug analysis and provide solutions to clients

5. Implement various modules and deliver client training

**Qualifications**
- Educational Background: BCA / B.Com
- Experience: 0-6 months
- Technical Skills:

- Understanding of banking software systems
- Knowledge of help desk operations
- Familiarity with bug tracking and resolution
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proven client handling skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
