**Job Overview**
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive (English Preferred)** to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate fluently in **English** to assist customers professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely information with a positive attitude.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Fluent in English (verbal & written)** - preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
- Ability to multitask and handle customers efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced (0-2 years) both can apply.
