About the role:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Providing product and service information to customers
Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate team member
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Meeting or exceeding customer service expectations and goals
Staying up-to-date with product and service information and updates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Salary**:
The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience
**Salary**: ₹12,561.34 - ₹17,510.34 per month
