Job Title: IT Support Executive
Location: [Your Office Location]
CTC: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Diagnose and fix LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity problems across multiple fiber connections.
Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and essential software.
Manage and replace VGA, HDMI, LAN cables, and other IT accessories as needed.
Assist with basic networking tasks, such as router/modem troubleshooting, LAN switch checks, and IP configuration.
Provide support for printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
Act as the first point of contact for quick IT fixes, reducing dependency on external AMC vendors for minor issues.
Maintain an updated IT asset inventory and ensure timely maintenance.
Ensure regular system updates and basic data backup procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-2 years of experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and networking.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office installation, and troubleshooting.
Basic networking skills (LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, IP setup, router configuration).
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certifications (A+, N+, CCNA, or MCP) are a plus but not mandatory.
Experience in corporate IT support is an advantage.
