**Job Title**: Sales Support Representative & Data Entry

**Location**: Gota, Ahmedabad

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Share detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, availability, and warranty details.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
- Confidently close sales deals by effectively addressing queries, objections, and negotiating terms when necessary.
- Enter and update sales orders, quotations, and customer data accurately into company records and Excel files.
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and quotations to ensure conversion into confirmed sales.
- Stay updated with product ranges, pricing structures, and promotional offers to better assist customers.
- Support with general data entry and administrative tasks during non-sales periods.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to confidently interact with customers and build rapport over the phone and digital platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple inquiries and data entry tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of auto parts and car tyres (training can be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general data entry.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer support role is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-centric work environment.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Background in auto parts sales, call centers, customer service, or retail sales.
- Familiarity with inventory and sales management systems is an advantage.
