
Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Assist with special requests such as reservations, room upgrades, or concierge services.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Conduct regular guest satisfaction checks and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and complaints.
- Promote loyalty programs, special packages, and services.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized and seamless service.
- Uphold company policies and service standards consistently.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor.
**Education and Experience**:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in hospitality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
