**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily operations of the dining area and oversee the service team.
- Welcome guests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure their accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for order execution.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties including inventory checks, shift handovers, and cash handling.
- Promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance revenue through suggestive selling.
- Maintain records related to reservations, feedback, and daily service reports.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products and service techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.

**Education and Experience**:
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or captain role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
