· Proven experience as a spa therapist or in a related role.
· Expertise in a range of spa therapies and body treatments.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
· Exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
· Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
