**(Note: You would be working - during the daytime hours of the US, which for you is 7pm IST evening time TO 5am IST in the early morning in India.)** - You should have detailed knowledge of "**B2B" Partnerships and Affiliates.** **Main skills required are**: Contract Development (with vendors, and B2B partners) Investment Proposal Creation Vendor Negotiation Content Development (presentations, decks, articles, reports) Acts as an Advisor to our clients, as and when required. Strong in Research (to compile into Organized Data, Report Creation) Understands Strong Pitch Creation Gather usable and relevant leads and data from various paid and non-paid sources **-Other Responsibilities -** B2B Tieups with various vendors Very strong in Research Very strong in Marketing Creating Pitch Proposals (and Documents) for investors Create Strong Product-Offerings for Clients Vetting Contracts (attention to detail. And strong analytical ability to discuss opportunities). Must be Quick in Execution. Reach out to Partners for Specific Requirements - Should have competitor knowledge for mapping + conducting pricing analysis. - Very strong in layout of numbers, explaining numbers, and financial - Research Projects and Present Summaries and Findings, clearly and thoroughly. - Tie-ups with vendors and various institutions. - Update Contracts (and NDA also) with information specific to our company before sending out, where you would verify data accuracy (and bring out relevant pointers to Management for further clarification) so contracts are drafted clearly. To make sure Forms and Paperwork during company tie-up are filled ok, so that nothing is left incomplete. - As Project Manager you would make sure all systems are tested properly to use in a live environment. - Must be able to reach across Usa time zone when necessary. Be prepared for this - Mastery in Data Analysis, data management, data structuring, and data presentation. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives. We trust you have a laptop / desktop at home with a very steady internet connection that you have full access to. This is Permanent job, if you are intending to do a short stint then kindly do not apply. There will be a minimum commitment period required with policies in place to achieve this. As we have private investor funding and government tie ups and compliances, continuity for teams working on specific projects is a must from a quality and project completion time frame. **This is serious job not to be taken lightly, because you will be working remotely.** **Remote does not mean remote island.
