Review new project proposals for the company
- Analyze existing purchasing processes for performance
- Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems
- Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers
- Search potential vendors for Raw Material Purchases for Chemical Industry
- Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
- This role is the single point of contact between the Procurement team and the Project Execution team
- Support the project team by aligning Procurement team activities with project timelines in Materials
- Develop Project Procurement Strategy aligned with the overall Project Execution Strategy
- Run and analyze material status reports and communicate risks and problem areas to Project Manager regularly
- Lead timely resolution of escalated supplier issues
- Maintain Commercial interface with Suppliers. Manage warranty claims, back-charges, and liquidated damages
- Manage budget for the Capital Procurement scope of the project, including the equipment/materials costs as well as the Procurement hours expended
- Work with cross-functional team to manage supplier qualification status and performance
- Monitor global market conditions and business drivers to maximize leverage and minimize risk

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
