**Job Title**:AM Procurement/Purchase

you will be responsible for managing the procurement process within the organization. Your role will involve sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet the company's operational needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.

1. Sourcing and Vendor Management: - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors. - Negotiate terms and agreements to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and quality standards. - Maintain relationships with existing vendors and seek new partnerships to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.

2. Purchase Order Management: - Generate and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. - Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

3. Inventory Control: - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine inventory needs and forecast demand. - Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess stock while ensuring adequate supply to support business operations.

4. Cost Analysis and Budgeting: - Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternative suppliers or procurement methods. - Assist in budget planning and control by providing accurate cost estimates and projections.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all procurement activities. - Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply chain disruptions, quality issues, or supplier dependencies.

6. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain comprehensive records of purchasing activities, including contracts, invoices, and supplier performance evaluations. - Generate reports and analytics to track key performance indicators and support decision-making processes.

**Requirements:

- ** Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in diverse product categories
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
