Requirement with our client company for 2 positions:

Position 1: DM


•CA/ MBA with 6-10 years of Project finance with some experience in renewable energy industry


•Should have worked on 3 Project finance transactions wherein the amount raised is at least INR 1000 cr

Position 2: AM

CA/MBA with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in project finance with some experience in

renewable energy industry.

Type of Company: Private (Part of MNC group)

Location :- Kurla west, Mumbai

Summary of the Role:

Responsible for Fund Raising, Debt Management, Debt Servicing, Working Capital, and day-to-day

banking interface for all activities involved.

Responsibilities:


• Project Finance modeling, documentation, security creation.


• Day to day coordination with Banks, Financial Institutions, Credit rating agencies, legal counsels,

technical consultants, ESIA consultants.


• Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained across various project entities (SPVs)


• Closely work with internal teams (accounts, tax, legal, secretarial) in managing fund flows across

assets


• Ensure optimized financing across the existing portfolio of assets (leverage ratio, tenor, interest

cost, covenants etc.)

Monitoring financial covenants, ratings, IRRs and valuations


• Knowledge of banking products: working capital facilities, bank guarantees, LCs, SBLCs.


• Manage all aspects of compliances under FDI, ECB, FEMA, and SEBI regulations for investments

and funds infusion.


• Provide technical and other support for M&A and other projects as needed.

• Self-starter with inclination for action.


• Understand loan documents in detail and hands-on with key clauses which are typical of project

finance documents.


• Comfortable working in a small team set up, in an unstructured environment.


• Number savvy with an eye for detail.
