JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
- Generating leads for the external sales team to pursue
- Responsible for new business development, customer retention, and expansion of new &
existing projects
- Drive successful sales for the organization by explaining sales scripts proffered by the
company
- In-depth knowledge of the company’s product & service offering for educating the customer
- Reviewing feedback and implementing necessary changes based on customers’ preference
- Conceptualise and recommend new sales strategies to generate business and meet sales
targets
- Ability to convert final leads to meet the pre-defined monthly target
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident and reliable and able to work independently
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge to pitch the company products and negotiate with Customers
- Attention to detail
**Salary**: ₹25,563.65 - ₹30,621.46 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
