Responsible for management of accounts receivables & generating A/R aging reports & monitoring DSO & Bad Debt.

Ø Revamping Distributor Management process through SOP and Distributor Audits

Ø Responsible for commercially cleared order processing & order execution for pan India business.

Ø Managing Database with appointing new Distributors & settlement of bills & claims of Debit Note/Credit Note.

Ø Sales Order transforms to invoice Perform checks in advance on credit limits and outstanding and maximize Fill Rate %, Review and control Debtors Outstanding, and ensure credit block.

Ø Thorough Knowledge in customer claims settlement (Trade Promo-Consumer Promo-Damage Claims-Subsidy Claims)

Ø Periodically collecting NCC (Nil Claim Certificate) from all customers & doing full & final Settlement.

Ø Visiting distributors and depots across designated geographical division for ensuring compliances of commercial policies & internal audit.

Ø Knowledge in Monthly provision, Budget Control, knowledge in customer F&F settlements.

Ø Analysis and clearing the scheme related claims & managing the budget control for Modern Trade (MT) and Traditional Trade.

Ø Monthly doing Reco, sign off for all MT customer & resolving all reco findings within timeline

Ø Periodically market visit to customers point to check & audit the claims process & commercial compliances.

Ø Work proactively with other departments in identifying and resolving accounts receivables & commercial related issues.

Ø Responsible for all documentation required for stock movement, checking discrepancies in the documents, invoices,

Price, Qty etc.

Ø Preparing AR, Ageing Report for timely collection as per Region & Channel wise.

Ø Collection of over-dues from Distributors of Horeca, GT & MT for both Direct & Indirect.

Ø Coordinating with all stakeholders for GRN & POD’s

Ø Responsible for Inventory management at branches & cfa’s and at stockiest point.

Ø Coordination with sales team, branches, cfa’s for daily sales and collections.
