Role & responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Provide professional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and uncover new needs.
Sales Process Management
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare customized sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
