What you'll champion:
- Deal Closure Support
- Support the opportunity close process working with sales, pre-sales from a commercial perspective for proposals, approvals, contract management
- Work closely with the sales team to support them in closing deals and achieving targets
Collaborate with legal and finance for revenue management and a faster deal closure cycle time
Contract Management
- Support the contract management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the pipeline process
- Work with account management and legal for contract negotiations with new and existing clients, ensuring favorable terms
Facilitate the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal to renewal, ensuring compliance and profitability
Commercial Strategy & Execution:
- Aid in providing a detailed analyses on the commercial terms across contracts and scope of works
- Be the custodian of all renewals and help oversee contractual obligations
Further develop commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets
Financial Management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Collaborate across teams on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a commercial management within a B2B (Product, SaaS, PaaS) environment; preferably with the US, UK, and EU clients
- Proven track record of driving commercial success. Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong business acumen, legal/contractual clauses understanding and a deep understanding of the (Product, SaaS, PaaS) business models
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales and business intelligence tools including MS Office
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills
- Masters degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
