**Job Type**: 7 days a week, 5 AM to 1 PM (Monday-Friday) (Rotational Shift) (Saturday-Sunday)

We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for the position of Telecaller to join our team. Please note that this role does not involve sales calls. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to assist our in field engineers with various tasks. You will receive on-the-job training to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to assist with various tasks.

Understand an comprehend different UK Accents.

Maintain a professional and courteous communication with customers.

Gather and document information accurately.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues.

Operate a computer efficiently to access necessary information.

Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to operate a computer.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Interview Process:
Initial online interview via Phone Call.

Second round will be an offline face-to-face interview near Green Elina Adajan, Surat.

Working Hours:
Part-time: 6 AM to 12 PM (7 days a week)
