Customer Service Agent Position

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service agent to handle daily inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Communicate with drivers and fleets to manage and resolve issues promptly.
- Enforce high-quality service standards consistently.
- Confirm ride completion and apply changes in the system as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, noting issues and solutions for future reference.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, operations teams, sales departments, and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer support services.
- Prior experience working in the tourism and travel sector or ground transportation industry is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong operational and analytical skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Spanish language skills are an asset.
