Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agent Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit, retain, and grow a team of agents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline.
  • Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring.
  • Implement the MLI GOLD process and adhere to business norms.
  • Follow the agent 9-pointer hiring mechanism and other hiring norms.
