- Ensure prompt follow-ups with potential customers to maintain engagement.
- Call leads to understand their requirements and provide information about the vehicles available.
- Answer customer queries related to vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to facilitate successful sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales deals.
- Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for purchase and financing.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and update lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Maintain an organized record of customer preferences and feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proactively suggest strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Coordinate with the showroom or vehicle delivery team for smooth transaction completion.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new vehicle launches.
- Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
