**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry to generate new business opportunities.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of AAC blocks to customers, providing technical support and product knowledge.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs; report findings to management.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- **Negotiation**: Prepare and present quotes and proposals; negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
