**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**

Reports to: Director

**Location: Entire North East Region, India**

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, develop marketing strategies, and manage sales initiatives for our tours and travel based company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**i) Sales**:
1. Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

2. Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.

3. Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets.

**ii) Marketing**:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach target audiences.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for promotional campaigns.

**iii) Product Knowledge**:
1. Stay updated on destination information, tour packages, and industry trends.

2. Conduct site inspections and familiarization trips.

**iv) Customer Service**:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support.

2. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

**v) Reporting and Analysis**:
1. Track sales performance, website analytics, and market trends.

2. Provide regular sales and marketing reports.

**Requirements**:
Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- 3+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of sales growth and marketing success.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, travel industry trends, and destination management.
- Proficiency in CRM software, social media management tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Certification in tourism marketing or travel industry (e.g., IATA, ASTA).
