**About Us**:
Westonik Solutions is a fast-growing IT services agency specializing in **web app development, SaaS solutions, and enterprise software development**. We are expanding our sales team in Noida and looking for passionate IT sales professionals who can drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation** - Understand customer needs and pitch relevant IT solutions (web & software development).
**Sales Pipeline Management** - Maintain and track leads in CRM and ensure follow-ups.
**Proposal & Deal Closure** - Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
**Achieve Sales Targets** - Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets of **₹5L - ₹10L**.
**Market Research** - Analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **1-5 years of experience** in IT sales, B2B sales, or software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of **web development, SaaS, and IT services**.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience with **CRM tools** (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
**Fixed Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000/month (based on experience).
**Commission**: 5% - 10% on closed deals.
**Performance Bonuses** for exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
