
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency and accuracy.
- Prioritize and coordinate appointments and events, ensuring the CEO’s time is allocated effectively.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Prepare briefing materials for the CEO prior to meetings, ensuring they are fully informed and well-prepared.
- Handle logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and business trips.
**Project Management & Research**
- Assist in managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-up actions are taken.
- Conduct research and provide detailed reports or presentations to support decision-making.
- Track important deadlines and proactively manage CEO’s tasks and commitments.
**Confidentiality & Discretion**
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and communications.
**Administrative Tasks**
- Oversee office supplies, manage invoices, and maintain office equipment and systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and organizing office systems.
**Travel & Event Coordination**
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for the CEO.
- Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, and special functions, ensuring flawless execution.
**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with senior leadership and other administrative assistants to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting HR initiatives as needed.
- **Qualifications**:_
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,571.91 - ₹49,815.53 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
