**Office Assistant/Admin Assistant - Administration**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Performing strong follow up and follow in regarding course payments with both students and trainers.
- Attending walk-in customers/students to assist them on current or future training programs within the assigned portfolio.
- Co-ordinating directly with the Admin Head for daily tasks and activities.
- Perform all Admin tasks assigned by the Institute as per the business needs and requirements.

**Education & Experience**:
Any graduate is preferred with 2-5 years of core experience in Office Administration or Support, preferably in Training Institutes or Academies.

**Skills**:

- Well organized & must have time management skills
- Good at co-ordinating between different parties
- Good oral & written communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with an ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Strong follow-up and follow-in skills
- Sales/target oriented, with ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Hyderabad - 500008, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
