**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.

**2.** **Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service contracts.
- Scheduling and Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and gatherings.

**3.** **Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between team members and departments.

**4.** **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Enter data into relevant systems and databases.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.

**5.** **Visitor and Client Relations**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure a positive and professional image of the company.

**6.** **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in on boarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

**7.** **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
