Work from Home - 5 Days
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Handle travel arrangements, ticketing, and accommodation for employees.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and office supplies procurement.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing events.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and support to management teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (10/10).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in office administration, travel, or logistics is a plus.
