Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements, ticketing, and accommodation for employees.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and office supplies procurement.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing events.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and support to management teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (10/10).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in office administration, travel, or logistics is a plus.
