**How do you fit in**

Climate Connect Digital is looking for a **Human Capital Coordinator**; you will undertake various administrative duties across the human capital function, like interview coordination, keeping track of employees' records and supporting the stakeholders for optimum business operations.

We are seeking a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and project management skills. So if you're tech-savvy with exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and administrative skills and want to be part of a high-growth startup, it's you whom we're looking for

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain employee-related data and ensure the database is always up to date.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training workshops, organize in-house events and maintain agendas.
- Conduct background and reference checks for new hires
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the team run smoothly
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Assist with payroll and manage ad-hoc and scheduled projects for the human capital team

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (desirable).
- 0-1 year of experience as an HR coordinator.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Basic understanding of human resources function and widely used best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exemplary project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
