Job Overview:

As a Senior HR Manager at
Provident Capital
, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and culture. You will be primarily responsible for
managing end-to-end recruitment.
In addition, you will focus on
employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives
, creating a motivated and collaborative workplace. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, industry-specific hiring expertise, and the ability to foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    complete recruitment cycle
    for vacant positions a
    nd fulfill hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within the real estate sector.
  • Manage
    employee grievances
    with fairness and transparency.
  • Drive
    employee engagement
    initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Conduct
    onboarding and induction sessions
    for new hires.
  • Support leadership in building a performance-driven and people-friendly culture.
  • Implement recognition and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of grievance handling and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-site teams and diverse workforce needs.
