Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation and be capable of handling HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR rounds.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management procedures (e.g., goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required (e.g., headcount, attrition, leave reports).
  • Participate in audits and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Immediate Joiner to 15 Days notice period
