Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates across departments.
  • Onboarding & Induction:
  • Conduct smooth onboarding processes including documentation, orientation sessions, and induction training.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Organize and support team-building activities, festivals, and employee engagement programs.
  • HR Documentation & Database Management:
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Attendance & Leave Monitoring:
  • Track attendance, manage leave applications, and coordinate with payroll for accuracy.
  • Policy Compliance & Support:
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and assist in their implementation and communication.
  • Employee Support & Coordination:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Good understanding of HR functions and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
  • Organized, approachable, and team-oriented.
