Human Resources:

 Conduct end-to-end recruitment process: creating job descriptions, posting job ads,

shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding of new hires.

 Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

 Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company

objectives.

 Handling employee grievances, and overseeing disciplinary procedures.

 Coordinating with management and employees to address HR issues.

 Ensuring company's HR policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

 Organizing offsite training sessions and seminars.

 Assisting in planning and execution of company events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR & Admin Executive role, preferably within the

furniture/appliance rental industry.

 Proficient in using HR software systems like HRMS etc

 Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-

oriented environment.

 Solid knowledge of office procedures and office management.

 Excellent command over written and spoken English, with exceptional interpersonal

skills.
