Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Human Resource Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely hiring status updates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
  • Assist HR team in onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
