**Role & responsibilities**
- Administration Activities
- Daily sales entries and coordination with Banks executives
- Daily Cash Calculation
- Daily Transaction Checks
- Updating Google sheets with daily records
- Daily Sales Reports Management
- Maintaining and updating Sales MIS
- Answering MIS Queries
- _Compiling data and preparing reports for upper management on administrative workflows_
- Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to disbursal.
- Housekeeping and Security Vendor Management
- Back-office Operations
- Courier services rate contracts
- Walk-in Interviews Coordination
- Employee Uniforms Stock Management & Distributions
- Redemption Stock Management
- Logistics monitoring at center & manage Software
- Facility Management.
- Coordination between Internal Department
- Strong Coordination & Cooperation for Accounts, HR & Purchase activities
- Experience in Front Office Management, Facilities and Office Administration.
- _Performing other administrative duties as needed to ensure efficiency_
