**Greeting clients**: Welcoming clients and customers to the office
- **Answering phone calls**: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
- **Scheduling appointments**: Updating appointment calendars and scheduling meetings
- **Managing mail**: Receiving, sorting, and monitoring mail and faxes
- **Administrative tasks**: Performing clerical duties like filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
- **Supporting sales and property management**: Providing administrative support to these departments
- **Maintaining office order**: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized
- **Ordering supplies**: Ordering supplies like stationery
- **Updating open houses**: Updating open houses on websites

Some qualities and skills that are helpful for a real estate front desk receptionist include:

- Good communication skills
- A professional attitude
- The ability to multi-task
- Experience working with a computer, telephone, copy machine, and scanner
- Empathy, warmth, and understanding

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
