Key Responsibilities:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

**Caption Writing**:

- Create accurate and engaging captions for various multimedia content, including videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Content creation teams to ensure captions align with brand voice and messaging.

**Chat Support**:

- Provide real-time support to customers through our online chat platform.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and products.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or administrative position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and familiar with chat support platforms.
- Creative writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in social media management and content creation.

Work Environment:

- Office-based role with standard working hours.
