**Goldfinn Technologies** is looking for Backend Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and security.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy, process optimization, and performance improvement.
- **Process Management**:Develop and implement efficient processes for various backend operations.
- **Documentation**:Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and guidelines for internal reference.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of backend activities.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on backend operations performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality and accuracy of data and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- **Technology Utilization**: Utilize relevant software tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & Word - Must)
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms and backend automation tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of experience in backend operations or data analysis.
- Proficiency in 2 Languages (English & Bengali or English & Hindi).

**Salary Structure**
- Fixed Salary
- Yearly Bonus & Increment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
