- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks in the insurance department.
- Use Excel to maintain and update insurance databases and records accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, precise information about insurance policies.
- Prepare and process insurance-related documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.

*Qualifications:*
- Recent graduate in any field.
- Strong proficiency in Advance Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
