Backend Executive - Digital Marketing

Location: 8, Lords More, Jodhpur Gardens, Lake Gardens, Kolkata, West Bengal 700045
Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with potential and existing clients to promote our digital marketing services.
- Conduct and assist in client meetings, understand their requirements, and help close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on time.
- Track client progress, prepare reports, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in client coordination, backend operations, or digital marketing sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Confident, organized, and target-driven with the ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.) is preferred.
