**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**End-User Support**:

- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Handle hardware replacements, driver issues, and peripheral setup

**User Management**:

- Onboarding/offboarding support including system setup and user account creation
- Manage user access rights, shared folder permissions, and drive mappings
- Basic Active Directory user administration

**Asset & Patch Management**:

- Maintain IT inventory for end-user devices and peripherals
- Ensure endpoint health through RMM or monitoring tools

**Basic Network Support**:

- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues (IP conflicts, DNS, DHCP, cabling)
- Perform basic switch port patching and identify connectivity issues
- Assist in wireless network configuration and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the network team for escalations

**Documentation & Ticketing**:

- Log, track, and update service requests in the ticketing system
- Document resolutions and maintain support guides and SOPs
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution

**Basic Technical Skills Required**:

- Windows OS (10/11) installation and troubleshooting
- Printer & scanner setup (network and local)
- Antivirus and patch update handling
- Network fundamentals: IP addressing, ping, trace route, cabling
- Familiarity with remote tools: TeamViewer, Any Desk, RDP, RMM platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of relevant desktop/system support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.

**Two-wheeler: Needed**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
