Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Desktop Administrator. The Desktop Administrator will be responsible for managing desktop computers, providing technical support, addressing troubleshooting issues, and performing system administration tasks. Daily responsibilities include maintaining computer software and hardware, managing user accounts, ensuring security protocols are followed, and assisting team members with technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Desktop Administration and managing desktop computers
  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in System Administration tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the defense electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
