**Job Title**: Customer Relation Associate

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Customer Relation Officer to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves building strong relationships, handling customer concerns, and supporting the sales/service team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads from existing and new clients
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Assist in addressing complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.
- Prior experience in customer service/relations preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
