We are looking for a customer support associate to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and standards

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada**:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- New Delhi, Delhi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (required)
