The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in global customer support environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer assistance and resolve queries through calls, email, or chat.Deliver end-to-end issue resolution within defined service timelines.Document customer interactions and ensure accurate case handling.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.Should have a neutral accent withno MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence) .Strong grammar, clarity, and pronunciation.Customer-first approach with effective problem-solving skills.Educational QualificationGraduate (preferably from a technical background).ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in international customer support preferred.Freshers with strong Hebrew proficiency may also apply.Language RequirementMust beB2 / B2.2 / C1 certified in Hebrew language.Valid certification mandatory.Interview ProcessHR RoundOperations / Functional RoundVersant / Language AssessmentShift DetailsRotational shifts for both male and female candidates.
