Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats within the territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
