Field Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a designated geographical area by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales acumen to achieve sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Identify and target potential clients through field visits, networking, and research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce products or services to prospective clients.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve products/services.
- **Customer Service and Support**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients to ensure product/service delivery and satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated on new products/services and industry developments.
- Actively seek feedback and implement improvements to sales strategies and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role. Experience in [specific industry] is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹9,060.74 - ₹27,251.03 per month
