We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to kick-start their career in sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively offer solutions that meet their goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and proposals.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' activities.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field (experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
