SearchMyTenders is looking for a dynamic **Field Sales Executive - Tendering** to expand its market presence by identifying and pursuing tendering opportunities. The role requires proactive field sales efforts to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and drive successful bid submissions while meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify tendering opportunities in the market by visiting potential B2B clients and procurement offices.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and tender specifications through field interactions.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with clients, government agencies, business forums and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams for preparing and submitting technical and financial bids. - Provide feedback from field interactions to refine bidding strategies and improve win

rates.
- Track sales progress and submit regular reports on tender status, field activities, and

competitor analysis.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisitions.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong field sales and business development skills.
- Understanding of government and corporate tendering processes.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and result-oriented approach. - Knowledge of tendering platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and similar tools.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in field sales or tendering.
- A prior exposure to the government tenders and the tender process is preferred.

**Salary**: Competitive with performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
